Erotic or fetish material

Escorting or sexual services

Content involving minors in any context

Graphic violence or abusive material

Hate speech or discriminatory content

Promotion or sale of illegal goods or services

Drug-related content involving illegal substances

  1. Creator Responsibilities Creators are fully responsible for:

Ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws

Respecting intellectual property rights

Providing accurate account information

Ensuring their content meets Cbasse community standards

Creators agree not to use the platform for any restricted or unlawful purpose.

  1. Legal Compliance Users agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to their activities on the platform.

Cbasse reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law.

  1. Platform Role Disclaimer Cbasse functions solely as an intermediary technology platform. Cbasse does not endorse, verify, or pre-approve user content.

Users can acquire virtual currency ("Credits") to support creators and unlock digital content. These Credits are digital goods that are added to the user's wallet immediately upon purchase. No Chargebacks: Once a user utilizes Credits to unlock or access content from another user, the service is considered "consumed" and "opened." At this point, the transaction is final. Since the digital content is put into the user's possession immediately, any claims for refunds or chargebacks are strictly excluded.
